INTRODUCTION COURSE - 2 Days

- First 5 basic movements

- Lecture about the Plasticity of the Brain

- Practice on own groups for a minimum of 8 sessions

GROUND COURSE - 2 Days

- Additional 4 movements totaling 9 movements
- Theory and Practice
- Individual presentation with critique
- Course certificate

DEEPENING COURSE - 2 Days

- Additional 9 movements to final 18 movements
- Theory and Practice
- Memory exercise

- 4 way body flow with different rhythms
- Aim at remaining neurological information
- Individual development of the Method

ADVANCED COURSE - 2 Days

- RGRM exercises for dyslexia
- Preparation for designing logical musical patterns
- RGRM exercises for mathematics (children)
- Individual presentation with constructive critique

THEME DAY

-One day meetings of facilitators showing development/ideas using the RGRM Method
